Product Manager
We are partnering with a leading multinational telecommunications technology company to find an experienced Product Manager. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop digital product roadmaps, manage backlogs, and translate market needs into actionable plans
- Partner with IT, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience teams for product launches
- Oversee full product lifecycle from concept to benefit realization
- Use data, KPIs, user feedback, and market trends for decision-making and ROI tracking
- Drive improvements in product quality, performance (speed, latency), and user experience
- Investigate persistent issues, find root causes, and implement solutions to reduce escalations
- Lead requirements gathering, business process analysis, and current/future state mapping
- Translate complex business needs into clear and actionable user stories
MUST-HAVE SKILLS
- 3-5+ years of experience in Product Management or Operations, preferably in Telecom/Tech
- Familiarity with Broadband technologies - DOCSIS, Fiber, and Wi-Fi
- Proficiency in SQL, Jira, Confluence, and Tableau
- Strong ability to interpret data, analyze KPIs, and develop data-driven strategies
- Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
