The AWS Finance AI team is looking for a Product Manager to help shape how finance organizations leverage AI to transform their operations. This role will serve as a bridge between finance stakeholders, product teams, and technology partners - ensuring that AI-powered tools and workflows deliver measurable impact for finance leaders.
As a successful candidate, you are deeply customer obsessed: you listen to finance leaders, understand their day-to-day challenges, and translate those needs into scalable products that drive real change. You understand both the financial operations landscape and the technical capabilities of AI tools, and you take an active role in influencing teams to deliver strong outcomes.
You execute against and contribute to a product roadmap in partnership with Finance, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams. You ensure that product features, pilots, and training plans are all aligned with the desired customer experience. You thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and are energized by the challenge of building something new. High judgment, ability to influence without authority, exceptional organization, and strong communication skills are essential to success in this role.
