Full Job Description
We are entering a major growth phase. As we scale, our footprint in the enterprise market is expanding rapidly. We are looking for our first **Product Manager (Enterprise)** to build our enterprise product function from the ground up, bridge the gap between heavy-hitting enterprise clients and our engineering teams, and ensure we scale without losing our product-led soul.
Responsibilities:
- Prioritize key customer problems.
- Incorporate customer insights into the roadmap
- Ensure quality and drive improvements.
- Establish and scale Aikido's enterprise function from scratch, managing relationships
- Masterfully negotiate customer requests. Guard our core product strategy against niche, bespoke requests while keeping enterprise buyers bought into our vision.
- Support high-stakes enterprise sales cycles (including $1M+ target deals by year-end) by delivering heavy-hitting roadmap presentations to enterprise stakeholders.
- Translate enterprise requirements into actionable product feedback, maintaining a tight loop with our Head of Product, sales, and dev teams.
- You have a proven track record of building or scaling an enterprise arm at a fast-growing software company.
- A solid background in cybersecurity or security software is a must.
- You are a master at managing expectations. You know exactly how to say "no" to a high-value customer while leaving them feeling heard and valued.
- Deep product curiosity to learn the entire Aikido platform rapidly. A background in Sales Engineering or as a tech lead with commercial exposure is a massive plus.
- Ready to operate autonomously across time zones (especially handling US-based enterprise clients) and thrive under direct accountability.
- Preferably lives in Chicago
What you can expect:
- High-impact position in a fast-growing company
- Fast growth of responsibility
- Competitive salary package
- A company that sticks to its values in an open and informal atmosphere (see our culture page on the website for more details)
- Flexibility in working hours
