Product Manager, DigitizingCompany: Legacybox
Location: Chattanooga, TN (On-site)
Type: Full-time
The RoleWe're hiring a Product Manager to own Digifactory OS, the proprietary software platform that powers our digitization facility.
Digifactory is our production operation. Every day, thousands of irreplaceable photos, tapes, film reels, audio recordings, and other family artifacts move through hundreds of workstations as they're carefully transformed into digital memories.
Digifactory OS is the software that makes all of it possible.
It routes every order through production, coordinates digitization equipment and operators, tracks every item in real time, integrates with our ecommerce platform and customer applications, powers customer notifications, and enables us to continually expand what Legacybox can preserve.
You'll own the product roadmap for Digifactory OS, working closely with Engineering, Operations, R&D, Customer Experience, and Marketing to improve capacity, quality, automation, and the customer experience.
This isn't an internal tools role.
The software you build determines how quickly families receive their memories, how well those memories are preserved, and what entirely new kinds of memories we'll be able to preserve next.

Improve the Customer ExperienceThe factory doesn't end at the production floor.
You'll improve the systems that keep customers informed throughout the digitization process, making order tracking, production updates, and delivery expectations clearer and more transparent.
You'll also help ensure Digifactory OS integrates seamlessly with Legacybox.com, Shopify, our customer applications, and our internal business systems.

Why Chattanooga? This role is based in Chattanooga because the product lives in the factory.
