Join the Business Agents team in helping businesses around the world automate their conversations and operations. We are an applied AI team that builds agentic solutions for SMBs on Meta's platforms. Our agents are already live with 1.5M+ businesses on WhatsApp and Messenger, who are using our product to manage their conversations, and we're just getting started. This will be a high visibility and impact role - Business Agents are one of Meta's top level company priorities, and a key bet on growing Meta's non-ads revenue. We're hiring a Product Manager to own growth, onboarding, and monetization for business agents. You'll drive the strategy to acquire new businesses onto the platform, ensure they activate and retain through a seamless onboarding experience, and build the monetization engine that turns agent usage into revenue. You'll partner with teams across the Business Agents org to unlock the next wave of adoption and revenue.This is a high-leverage role for a PM who thinks in funnels, loves experimentation, and wants to build the go-to-market and monetization playbook for AI agents at scale. Responsibilities Growth strategy & roadmap: Define and execute the growth strategy for business agents - from awareness and discovery through activation, retention, and expansion. • Onboarding & activation: Own the end-to-end onboarding experience; reduce time-to-value for new businesses setting up their agent, and drive activation metrics. • Monetization: Partner with the Meta subscriptions team to evolve Business Agents from a free to paid offering, and drive paid business growth. • Partnerships/GTM Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and partnerships to craft positioning, launch plans, and GTM motions for new markets and segments. Minimum Qualifications • 8+ years of relevant industry experience with at least 3 years in Product Management • Bachelor's degree (or relevant degree equivalent): STEM or business subject ideal but not essential (Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Business, Analytics, Mathematics) • Strong interest in AI • Experience with experimentation, growth/funnel optimization, onboarding, or monetization - ideally in a B2B or SMB context • Data-driven mindset with comfort running experiments, reading metrics, and iterating quickly • Comfort with ambiguity and the pace of a 0→1 org Preferred Qualifications • Experience with B2B / SMB growth, onboarding, or monetization at scale • Experience with subscription, usage-based, or freemium pricing models • Track record of driving measurable growth (acquisition, activation, retention, or revenue) through product-led strategies • Experience with conversational AI, agents, or messaging products • Familiarity with Meta's business tools ecosystem (WhatsApp Business Platform, Messenger, Commerce) • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements) • Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews) • Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
