Primary Function

Manages a product line(s) within a portfolio, responsible for lifecycle performance, roadmap execution, and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Own product strategy for assigned product line(s)
  • Drive pricing, margin performance, and business case development
  • Lead NPD projects and major product changes for assigned line(s)
  • Manage SKU rationalization, cost-out, and portfolio optimization
  • Translate VOC/market feedback into product improvements and requirements
  • Partner with Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Marketing to deliver results


Qualifications

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; technical background strongly preferred
  • 3+ years relevant experience (product management, engineering, commercial, ops)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional work and deliver outcomes
  • Comfort with financials (P&L drivers, margin, pricing, business cases)
  • Strong executive-ready communication (written + verbal)

  • Product lifecycle ownership mindset (not just project management)
  • Strong prioritization and decision-making under ambiguity
