Product Management Senior Analyst - Embarc Benefit Protection - EviCoreJoin the Product Management team where you will help deliver innovative gene therapy solutions that improve client and patient experiences. In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional initiatives, support program enhancements, manage implementation activities, and help ensure operational excellence across utilization management, case management, and claims-related processes.
Responsibilities- Coordinate utilization management, case management, and claims-related activities supporting gene therapy programs.
- Partner with enterprise teams to onboard new clients and implement client-specific workflows and requirements.
- Manage designated projects, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
- Document and maintain workflows, operating procedures, and program materials.
- Collaborate with leaders across departments to support enhancements, implementations, and operational improvements.
- Develop and deliver training materials for teams supporting the program.
- Build client-facing skills and support customer activities under the guidance of product leadership.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance program effectiveness and customer outcomes.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience.
- High level of motivation, independence, organization, and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Working understanding of utilization management processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and collaborate across multiple teams.
Preferred Qualifications- Understanding of medical or pharmacy claims processing.
- Experience supporting healthcare programs, product operations, or implementations.
- Experience working with cross-functional healthcare teams and client onboarding activities.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 64,600 - 107,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
