Product Management Senior Analyst - Embarc Benefit Protection - EviCore

Join the Product Management team where you will help deliver innovative gene therapy solutions that improve client and patient experiences. In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional initiatives, support program enhancements, manage implementation activities, and help ensure operational excellence across utilization management, case management, and claims-related processes.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate utilization management, case management, and claims-related activities supporting gene therapy programs.
  • Partner with enterprise teams to onboard new clients and implement client-specific workflows and requirements.
  • Manage designated projects, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
  • Document and maintain workflows, operating procedures, and program materials.
  • Collaborate with leaders across departments to support enhancements, implementations, and operational improvements.
  • Develop and deliver training materials for teams supporting the program.
  • Build client-facing skills and support customer activities under the guidance of product leadership.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance program effectiveness and customer outcomes.

Required Qualifications

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 64,600 - 107,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
