Role PurposeServe as the owner of product line strategy, lifecycle management, and commercial execution for Corning's flame retardant cable portfolio- from commercialization through end-of-life. This role acts as the central point of coordination across Development, Manufacturing, Sales, and Supply Chain to support Data Center market growth, drive capacity and forecast alignment, and deliver strong product line performance.
Key Responsibilities- Lead cross-functional product teams spanning Development, Product Engineering, Applications Engineering, Manufacturing, and Sales to execute product line planning and resolve performance and customer issues
- Develop and manage short- and long-term product forecasts in coordination with Sales and Supply Chain
- Drive regional capacity and product mix strategy to support Data Center growth in a fast-moving market environment
- Identify complexity reduction and cost savings opportunities in close partnership with Manufacturing and internal stakeholders
- Gather and analyze market data, competitive intelligence, and customer requirements to inform product strategy and business decisions
Experiences/Education - Required- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 3 + years of experience in product line management, marketing, manufacturing, or engineering in a technical, customer-focused environment
- Demonstrated experience managing projects in a cross-functional or multi-functional environment
- Financial analysis experience
- Experience working across multi-geographic or global teams and stakeholders
Education/Experiences - Desired- MBA or equivalent business experience
- Fiber optic industry experience; product management or business area experience in an adjacent industry also considered
- Experience in multicultural or multi-geographic project leadership
- Familiarity with Data Center market dynamics or optical networking solutions

This position does not support immigration sponsorship. The range for this position is $100,646.00 - $138,388.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
