About the JobAs Product Line Owner for US Commercial Data Foundations, you will define and execute the strategy for building a scalable, trusted, and AI-ready data ecosystem that powers commercial decision-making across Sanofi's US business. The US commercial landscape is uniquely complex: a diverse portfolio of brands, intricate relationships across payers, providers, pharmacy channels, and patient access pathways, and a rich mix of internal and third-party data sources. You will bring clarity, structure, and scalable data foundations to this environment, partnering closely with commercial, analytics, and global teams to deliver measurable impact.
*Hybrid Schedule - 3 days per week onsite - required. *Main Responsibilities- Lead the strategy, architecture, and delivery of Commercial Data Foundations for the US designing scalable, governed, and high-quality data assets built on AWS and Snowflake, aligned to global standards and grounded in a data as a product approach with domain-driven design principles.
- Guide Sanofi's overall approach to US commercial data, proactively preparing the organization for current and future needs including the integration of third party and syndicated data sources alongside internal data, and harmonization across a complex, multi-brand omnichannel commercial environment.
- Build and continuously improve trusted, AI-ready data assets at scale, enabling data-driven decision-making across commercial teams and powering priority use cases in omnichannel engagement, field force optimization, and product launch readiness.
- Advance standardization and modernization of the data platform landscape through convergence and harmonization, embedding modern data engineering practices including automation, observability, and robust data quality and SLA frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with Advanced Analytics and AI teams to enable reusable, scalable, AI/ML-ready data assets; partner with US Commercial, transversal digital, and go-to-market teams to align data foundations to business imperatives; and ensure harmonization with global and enterprise architecture and governance practices.
- Lead and develop a cross-functional team of product owners, analysts, and operations professionals fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, agility, and continuous learning.
About You Basic Qualifications- BS - Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Healthcare Information Systems or related field - required. Master's degree - preferred.
- 7+ years of experience leading data strategy and architecture initiatives, with a strong track record of applying data as a product thinking, domain-driven design, and modern data engineering practices to deliver measurable business impact.
- Proven ability to modernize legacy data environments into scalable, cloud native platforms with hands on experience in AWS and Snowflake and to integrate complex mixes of internal and third party/purchased data sources.
- Demonstrated experience leading large scale digital and data transformations, with the ability to build high-performing teams and develop both technical and leadership talent.
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills across global, cross functional teams comfortable bridging business and technical stakeholders and translating data strategy into commercial outcomes.
- Solid business acumen, preferably in life sciences or pharma, with an understanding of how the structure and dynamics of the US commercial market including payer, provider, pharmacy, and patient access ecosystems shape commercial data needs and operations.
- Good understanding of semantic layers to harness AI, solid grounding in ML/AI concepts, and strong knowledge of data governance and compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA).

The salary range for this position is:
$206,250.00 - $297,916.66
