Role and Responsibilities: • Set the product vision, strategy, positioning, and multi-year roadmap for Virtuora Network Assurance, aligned with customer priorities, market trends, and the company's network automation portfolio. • Identify and prioritize AI-driven operations use cases across transport, IP, access, core, and service layers including alarm correlation and noise reduction, root-cause analysis, predictive maintenance, service-impact analysis etc. balancing customer value, technical feasibility, data readiness, operational risk, and commercial impact. • Define measurable product outcomes and adoption metrics such as reduced alarm noise, faster mean time to detect and repair, improved prediction accuracy, fewer truck rolls, higher service availability, and increased automation coverage. • Translate customer requirements, workflows and operational pain points into product requirements, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release priorities for assurance, analytics, and AI capabilities. • Drive discovery with network operations centers, engineering teams, and service owners through interviews, workflow observation, design partnerships, proofs of concept, and validation using representative network data. • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, including business cases, roadmap planning, build-versus-partner decisions, pricing and packaging input, launch readiness, enablement, adoption, and lifecycle management. • Collaborate with sales, solutions, support, delivery, and partner teams on strategic customer engagements, demonstrations, trials, RFP responses, deployment patterns, and executive-level value articulation. • Monitor competitors, standards, and ecosystem developments in AIOps, autonomous networks, intent-based operations, digital twins, observability, and agentic AI; convert insights into differentiated roadmap decisions. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Data Science, or a related field; an advanced degree or MBA is a plus. • 8+ years of relevant experience, including substantial product management ownership for enterprise or carrier-grade software products and demonstrated success taking products from discovery through launch and adoption. • Deep understanding of telecom network assurance and operations workflows, including fault, performance, service quality, topology, inventory, incident, and change management in multi-vendor environments. • Strong knowledge of telemetry and observability data, including alarms, events, metrics, logs, traces, topology, configuration, service inventory, tickets, and customer-experience indicators. • Experience with cloud-native and distributed software architectures, APIs, microservices, containers, Kubernetes, streaming data, and scalable data platforms. • Demonstrated ability to build outcome-based roadmaps, make evidence-based prioritization decisions, define product requirements, and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority. • Proven customer-facing experience with communications service providers or large network operators, including discovery workshops, product demonstrations, and commercial or technical proposals. • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with the ability to translate complex network and AI concepts into clear customer value and actionable engineering direction. Preferred Qualifications: • Product experience with network assurance, service assurance, AIOps, OSS, NMS/EMS, observability, or autonomous network platforms. • Hands-on familiarity with AIOps platforms, MLOps, large language models, AI agents, digital twins, or natural-language interfaces for operations. • Knowledge of intent-based and closed-loop automation concepts, including industry frameworks from TM Forum and ETSI Zero-touch Network and Service Management. • Familiarity with networking and management protocols and models such as NETCONF/YANG, SNMP, gNMI, REST, gRPC, Kafka, and OpenConfig. • Experience with observability and analytics technologies such as Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic, OpenSearch, Kibana, Splunk, Datadog, or equivalent platforms. • Understanding of optical transport, IP/MPLS, SDN/NFV, 5G, cloud, or multi-domain service assurance. • Experience with public-cloud and container platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, OpenShift, AKS, EKS, or RKE2; relevant cloud, networking, or product-management certification is a plus. 1Finity salaries are aligned to the specific geographic location in which the work is primarily performed.
