A Day In The Life:
We are seeking a results-driven Product Line Manager to support the management and execution of a key product portfolio. This role focuses on driving product performance, supporting strategic initiatives, and executing day-to-day portfolio management activities in alignment with business objectives.
The ideal candidate operates with moderate oversight, contributes to product strategy, and plays a key role in delivering results through strong cross-functional collaboration.
What You'll Be Doing:
Product Line Strategy & Execution:
• Support development and execution of product line strategies and operational plans
• Manage core product lifecycle activities including positioning and performance tracking
• Contribute to product roadmaps and initiatives
Portfolio Performance & Financial Management:
• Monitor product performance, KPIs, and market trends
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities
• Provide insights to improve profitability and margin performance
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Collaborate with sales, operations, supply chain, and R&D
• Support resolution of product-related issues
• Contribute to aligned execution of commercial strategies
Market & Customer Insight:
• Conduct market analysis and competitive assessments
• Gather insights from customers and sales teams
• Support development of market intelligence
Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement:
• Solve moderately complex challenges using data
• Identify process improvements and efficiencies
• Support implementation of enhancements
Team & Stakeholder Contribution:
• Provide guidance to junior team members as needed
• Build strong working relationships across teams
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment
Skill/Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree required
• 8-12 years of relevant experience in product management, commercial, or related roles
• Experience working with product portfolios in a complex business environment
• Understanding of product lifecycle management
• Market analysis and performance tracking skills
• Financial and analytical capabilities
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Data-driven decision making
• Ability to execute within defined frameworks
• Ownership and accountability for results
