What will you do?
  • Act as SME for Surveillance Technology systems and processes. Providing leadership to team and acting as key partner to the Surveillance business
  • Elicit functional and system requirements for Trade Compliance projects for Capital Markets and Wealth Management
  • Develop plans and accurate estimates for completion of requirements, continuously improving the level of details and accuracy of estimates
  • Analyze and document detailed business and system solution requirements using Agile methodology
  • Define practical user experiences, including storytelling, personas, process flows and interactions
  • Build and maintain a repository of reusable requirements documentation to support future initiatives, following the enterprise standards
  • Contribute to successful project completion within budget and on time by identifying risks and developing/recommending mitigation strategies.
  • Work with the ETL team, developers, Vendor consultants and numerous data sources to gather data requirements and mapping specifications.


What do you need to succeed?
Must have:
  • In depth knowledge of Trade Surveillance domain and applications
  • 5+ years of experience with business systems analysis and software development.
  • Experience defining and documenting complex functional business logic
  • Expertise in data mapping and creating data mapping specifications.
  • Expertise in gathering, analyzing and documenting business rules for processing data.
  • Expertise in test planning, test case preparation and testing of applications and data mapping.


Nice to-have:
  • Advanced knowledge of North American and international securities trading and data related to complete trade life cycle.
  • Knowledge of capital markets and Wealth Management
  • Knowledge of global securities industry and products (Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Derivatives)
  • Knowledge of financial industry and functions.
