Job DescriptionWhat will you do? - Act as SME for Surveillance Technology systems and processes. Providing leadership to team and acting as key partner to the Surveillance business
- Elicit functional and system requirements for Trade Compliance projects for Capital Markets and Wealth Management
- Develop plans and accurate estimates for completion of requirements, continuously improving the level of details and accuracy of estimates
- Analyze and document detailed business and system solution requirements using Agile methodology
- Define practical user experiences, including storytelling, personas, process flows and interactions
- Build and maintain a repository of reusable requirements documentation to support future initiatives, following the enterprise standards
- Contribute to successful project completion within budget and on time by identifying risks and developing/recommending mitigation strategies.
- Work with the ETL team, developers, Vendor consultants and numerous data sources to gather data requirements and mapping specifications.
What do you need to succeed?Must have:- In depth knowledge of Trade Surveillance domain and applications
- 5+ years of experience with business systems analysis and software development.
- Experience defining and documenting complex functional business logic
- Expertise in data mapping and creating data mapping specifications.
- Expertise in gathering, analyzing and documenting business rules for processing data.
- Expertise in test planning, test case preparation and testing of applications and data mapping.
Nice to-have:- Advanced knowledge of North American and international securities trading and data related to complete trade life cycle.
- Knowledge of capital markets and Wealth Management
- Knowledge of global securities industry and products (Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Derivatives)
- Knowledge of financial industry and functions.
