Responsibilities

Lead growth and marketing strategy across a large product area and drive cross-organizational alignment.
• Drive long term growth of Meta products through a combination of data analysis, market research analysis, product ideation, and experimentation to optimize product experiences.
• Understand trends in user behavior and product usage to influence growth strategy.
• Identify opportunities to drive growth and prioritize them to maximize long term growth.
• Enable execution on high-impact projects by building strong cross-functional relationships, driving clarity on goals, and implementing collaborative solutions.

Minimum Qualifications
• Requires a Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Marketing, Analytics, Communications, or related field. Foreign equivalent accepted. Experience of 36 months in Job offered or in a related occupation
• Requires 36 months of experience in the following
• Effectively collaborating across a variety of technical and non-technical functions to drive towards common product goals
• Quantitative analysis geared towards drawing actionable insights from complex datasets
• Designing multivariate tests, synthesize test results and build frameworks to make data-informed launch decision
• Creative product ideas to apply growth tactics broadly to different product areas and think through detailed events of a product experience
• Clearly communicating data driven product insights to influence leadership direction and
• Data querying languages (e.g. SQL)
