Full Job Description
Following initial deployment, we are looking for a highly capable Product Engineer to help rapidly iterate, optimize, and operationalize the platform in live production environments.

This role sits at the intersection of:
  • operations,
  • product,
  • engineering,
  • AI systems,
  • and real-world user behavior.

You will work directly with executive leadership, product leadership, customer support teams, and frontline store personnel to identify friction, improve workflows, and rapidly deploy solutions.

This is not a traditional Product Manager role.

This role is designed for someone who enjoys:
  • moving fast,
  • solving messy operational problems,
  • observing real users,
  • simplifying complexity,
  • and continuously improving systems in production.
What You'll Do
  • Observe real-world users and identify operational friction points
  • Rapidly prototype and deploy workflow improvements
  • Improve UI/UX simplicity across operational systems
  • Conduct QA testing across deployed platform functionality
  • Debug operational failures and identify root causes
  • Participate in prompt engineering and AI workflow optimization
  • Work directly with frontline store teams to improve adoption and usability
  • Translate operational problems into technical solutions
  • Map and optimize operational workflows across the customer journey
  • Partner with engineering and product leadership to accelerate iteration cycles
  • Support ongoing deployment and stabilization efforts following platform launch
  • Improve performance, reliability, usability, and operational scalability of internal systems
Ideal Candidate

You may be:
  • an engineer with strong product instincts,
  • a technical operator,
  • a startup builder,
  • an AI-native systems thinker,
  • or a highly technical generalist.

You do not need to come from the automotive industry.

You should thrive in environments that are:
  • fast-moving,
  • ambiguous,
  • operationally intense,
  • and highly iterative.
You'll Likely Succeed If You Are
  • obsessive about improving systems
  • highly autonomous
  • detail oriented
  • fast-moving
  • field-oriented
  • comfortable breaking and fixing things
  • capable of simplifying complexity
  • naturally curious about operational behavior
  • energized by real-world problem solving
Preferred Skills
  • Product thinking and workflow design
  • QA testing and debugging
  • AI tooling and prompt engineering
  • Rapid prototyping
  • API and systems integration familiarity
  • UI/UX instincts
  • Operational process mapping
  • Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical users
What This Role Is Not
  • A meeting-heavy product management role
  • A pure software engineering position
  • A corporate process management position
  • A roadmap coordination role
Compensation

Compensation will vary based on experience, capability, and technical proficiency.
