We are seeking a
self-motivated, process-driven Product Engineer to join our Product Support team. This role is responsible for defining and executing
product service strategies for the KLA-ECI Division, ensuring robust serviceability across the full Product Life Cycle (PLC).

This is a high-impact role where you will bridge engineering, service, and customers-owning how our products are supported, maintained, and continuously improved across their lifecycle.

What You'll Do- Own serviceability across the product lifecycle (PLC)
Partner with engineering early in development to ensure products are designed with service, reliability, and uptime in mind - Lead Product Support Strategy
Develop and execute Service Readiness Reviews (SRR) and Design for Service (DFS) plans for new product releases - Drive Reliability & Cost Optimization
Improve field performance through preventive maintenance optimization, troubleshooting insights, and retrofit strategies - Enhance Field Execution & Best Practices
Collaborate with global teams to develop and refine Best Known Methods (BKMs) and deliver impactful training - Support the Installed Base
Analyze field issues, refine service documentation, improve training, and drive continuous improvement across global operations - Engage Directly with Customers
Travel onsite to support tool installs, escalations, and performance optimization
What We're Looking For- Strong system-level knowledge within capital equipment or advanced manufacturing environments
- Hands-on experience in technical service, troubleshooting, or product support
- Ability to connect engineering design with real-world service challenges
- Passion for solving complex problems and improving product performance in the field
- Strong collaboration skills across engineering, service, and customer teams
Travel- Approximately 20% travel, including domestic and occasional international trips
Ideal Background- Semiconductor or capital equipment industry experience
- Technical Support Engineer (TSE), or Product Engineer background
- Experience supporting systems involving chemical processes, semiconductor process equipment, fluid systems, or material interactions
Minimum Qualifications- Master's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years; OR equivalent work experience
Base Pay Range: $85,600.00 - $145,500.00 Annually
