Full Job Description
What you\'ll be working on at Ando:
  • Architect and ship core messaging infrastructure that feels sturdy and is super fast
  • Contribute to our MCP/API + agent developer platform + sandbox system that outside builders actually love to use
  • Work on SOTA memory and retrieval systems
  • Design our proactive agent orchestration layer
  • Prototype new interaction patterns for human-agent collaboration
  • Raise our bar for engineering craft, help with recruiting, and hold the line on quality
  • Dogfood the platform every day :)

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of full time SWE work
  • A deep interest in the quirks of LLMs and agents, memory systems, tool use, etc
  • Ability to work very fast without cutting corners on quality
