The successful candidate will play a key role in connecting Visa's global product innovation with North American market needs by identifying growth opportunities, developing market strategies, defining customer value propositions, and supporting the successful launch and adoption of new capabilities. The successful candidate will be comfortable incorporating Visa-approved AI capabilities into their day-to-day work, including research, analysis, content development, strategic planning, product ideation, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the product strategy, commercialization plans, and go-to-market execution for Visa's North America Small Business and Emerging Middle Market portfolio, including both credit and debit solutions.
  • Assess market opportunities through client engagement, market research, competitive analysis, and data-driven insights.
  • Develop business cases, market assessments, and strategic recommendations that drive portfolio growth and performance.
  • Translate customer needs, market opportunities, and product capabilities into compelling value propositions, sales enablement materials, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Partner with global product organizations to evaluate new capabilities, influence roadmap priorities, and ensure alignment with North America market requirements.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives involving sales, marketing, strategy, compliance, legal, risk, operations, and technology teams to bring new solutions and enhancements to market.
  • Identify unmet customer needs and contribute to the development of new solution concepts, partnership opportunities, and market-facing offerings.
  • Support executive-level client engagements, strategic business reviews, and sales opportunities as a subject matter expert for Visa's Small Business and Emerging Middle Market portfolio.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, market dynamics, and competitive developments to identify opportunities for optimization and future investment.
  • Develop clear and compelling executive communications that articulate market opportunity, customer value, strategic priorities, and business impact.
  • Leverage Visa-approved AI tools to enhance research, analysis, strategic planning, content development, and decision-making.
