Purpose: The Product Director, IDN Channel Strategy, will play a critical role in shaping IMM brand growth strategy within Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs). This leader will be responsible for generating deep customer insights across IDN stakeholders - including population health leaders, specialty pharmacy, administrators, and clinical influencers - to shape a compelling value story that drives brand adoption, access, and activation.
This role will navigate the complexities of the evolving IDN and value-based care ecosystem, turning insights into actionable channel strategies. The Product Director will partner cross-functionally across brand marketing, market access, medical affairs, analytics, and field leadership to ensure the brand is positioned for success within IDN channel.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead IDN Channel Strategy: Develop and execute the IDN strategy, ensuring alignment across brand marketing, access, medical, and field partners.
- Generate Actionable Insights: Build a deep understanding of IDN needs &population-health priorities. Translate insights into clear strategic recommendations and activation plans.
- Develop Population-Health Value Story: Shape a compelling, evidence-based value narrative for IDN decision makers in partnership with value & evidence and medical affairs.
- IDN Segmentation & Targeting: Create and refine segmentation frameworks to identify priority IDNs, stakeholder influencers, and system-level adoption levers.
- Field Enablement: Develop IDN-specific tools, insights, and training to support field teams in system-level conversations and pull-through.
- Performance Monitoring: Define key metrics, track IDN performance, and optimize strategy based on insights and trends.
- Innovate & Pilot Solutions: Identify and test scalable models or partnerships that strengthen the psoriasis value proposition within IDNs
Qualifications / Requirements:Education- B.A. or a B.S. degree is required and an MBA or an advanced degree is helpful but not required; Advanced Degree Desirable.
Experience & SkillsRequired:- A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in the pharamceutical or healthcare industry is required.
- Ability to be innovative, creative, enthusiastic, and strong analytically, with excellent overall business insight, is fundamental.
- Validated experience launching innovative marketing solutions.
- Demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills with a heightened ability to collaborate and work with a team to be successful.
- Experience of managing multiple demands and priorities on time, leading teams, gaining alignment and driving decision-making is crucial to the success of this position.
Preferred: - Sales or sales leadership experience.
- Market access experience.
- Demonstrated commitment to learning emerging technologies, such as AI, through exploration, iteration, and applying new tools over time.
Other: - This position may require up to 25% domestic and/or international travel.
