Full Job Description
Certain terms and conditions of employment for this position, including the rate of pay, benefits, etc., are currently subject to negotiation with the appropriate union.

We are seeking a motivated and execution-focused IT Product Owner to help deliver high-impact technology solutions that address some of the most complex and meaningful challenges in our healthcare system. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on emerging technologies in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment-where rapid, thoughtful delivery directly supports better patient care and operational excellence. You will partner closely with program leadership, engineering teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to turn ambitious ideas into real, measurable outcomes.

In this role, you will serve as the critical link between strategy and execution. Working from priorities set by senior leaders, you will use your deep understanding of the clinical, regulatory, compliance, and technical considerations required to develop healthcare applications. You will translate these into clear user stories, structured backlogs, and actionable delivery plans-then lead the day-to-day execution using agile practices. Success in this role requires balancing speed with rigor: driving rapid delivery while ensuring solutions are safe, compliant, and built to meet the demands of a highly regulated healthcare environment.
