Whatyou will be doing:Design,develop, refactor, and test new and existing applications and framework components to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Participatein architecture, design discussions, and code reviews to ensure robust, scalable, and maintainable product functionality.
Mentorand support developers through knowledge sharing, technical guidance, training, and best practice adoption.
Develop,analyze, and maintain tools that automate and support hardware and software product release processes.
Continuouslyimprove coding standards, development methodologies, and engineering practices across the team.
Createaccurate work estimates, proactively manage deliverables, and consistently deliver quality solutions on time.
Collaboratewith business stakeholders and technical teams to provide recommendations and drive product enhancements.
Whatyou will likely bring:
5+years’ experience in software development, with strong proficiency in C#, Microsoft .NET technologies, and application development best practices.
Experienceapplying shift-left engineering practices, including test automation, secure coding, code quality management, CI/CD, and early defect prevention.
Experiencedeveloping solutions with Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI-powered development platforms.
Stronganalytical, troubleshooting, and complex problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
Experienceworking with enterprise business applications such as ERP, manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, or financial management software.
Abilityto quickly learn new technologies, business domains, and industry concepts while adapting to changing priorities.
Bachelorof Science degree, Bachelor of Arts degree, or equivalent professional experience.

Minimum: $105,000 USD Maximum: $178,000 USD
