Product DesignerLocation: Remote (Must accommodate US East Coast working hours)
ROLE OVERVIEWAs a Product Designer at EULER, you will design the core product experience for two very different users. Partnership managers use EULER to run their programs. Channel partners use it to register deals, access content, complete training, and get paid.
A growing part of that experience is AI. That includes our in-platform agent (PAM), our Slack-accessible agent (POPS), and workflows where AI drafts, recommends, or acts on the user's behalf. You will help define what good AI UX looks like in B2B software: when the agent should act, when it should ask, and how users stay in control.
You will work day to day with Product Managers and Engineers. This is a hands-on IC role. You own features from problem framing through shipped UI.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Own end-to-end design for product areas across the partner portal and the admin experience. That covers discovery, flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and engineering-ready specs.
- Design AI-driven experiences, including agent interactions, suggested actions, generated content, and the states around them (loading, uncertainty, errors, human review).
- Simplify complex B2B workflows such as deal registration, referrals, incentives and payouts, onboarding flows, and partner analytics.
- Contribute to and use EULER's Figma design system, including components, tokens, and variables that keep the product consistent as we ship.
- Run lightweight research and usability tests with customers and partners, and turn findings into concrete design changes.
- Prototype quickly in Figma and Claude Design to test ideas with users before they reach engineering.
- Work closely with engineers during build and review implemented UI against spec.
- Track how your work performs after launch, including adoption, task completion, and drop-off, and iterate based on what you learn.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR- 4+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS.
- A portfolio showing end-to-end product work on complex workflows, not only visual polish. A portfolio is required to be considered.
- Experience designing for more than one user type, with different goals and mental models.
- Strong Figma skills: auto layout, components, variants, variables, and prototyping.
- Comfortable using AI design tools such as Claude Design to explore and prototype faster without lowering quality.
- Hands-on experience designing AI features, or a clear, well-argued point of view on how AI should show up in product UX.
- Comfortable running research and usability tests yourself.
- Clear written communication. You can explain a design decision in a short async message.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and decisions made with incomplete information.
NICE TO HAVE- Experience with PRM, CRM, marketplaces, or other multi-sided platforms.
- Familiarity with low-code builders such as Bubble.io, or an understanding of how design constraints change in them.
- Experience with conversational interfaces or Slack app design.
- Front-end literacy (HTML/CSS, React) or experience prototyping with AI coding tools.
