Full Job Description
Product Designer, Enterprise/Platform
Location: San Francisco, CA

In this role, you'll work on problems that range from helping new users quickly understand value to designing scalable systems that support long-term, professional use. You'll collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to translate complex requirements into clear, intuitive experiences that evolve with our users and our team. You'll join a small, fast-moving team that values initiative, experimentation, and an eye for beauty.

What You'll Do
  • Design end-to-end product experiences across onboarding, core workflows, and advanced use cases
  • Simplify complex systems into intuitive interfaces that support both new and experienced users. You will design for the various needs of enterprise teams and individuals
  • Partner closely with Product and Engineering to define problems, explore solutions, and ship high-quality features
  • Use user research and product insights to inform design decisions that improve usability, retention, and engagement. You'll focus on first touch experiences and what drives adoption.
  • Help grow our user research practice by participating in interviews, usability testing, and by contributing to expanding our shared research methods
  • Contribute to and evolve our design system, helping scale components, patterns, and guidelines as the product and team grow
  • Support design team effectiveness by exploring and adopting emerging tools and workflows that improve how we prototype, test, and ship work
  • Prototype and iterate quickly in ambiguous problem spaces, using prototypes to explore and validate ideas
  • Advocate for thoughtful UX decisions that balance speed, quality, and long-term usability, while navigating an evolving product development process.


What You'll Bring

Compensation

$180,000 - $210,000

Compensation is based on experience, portfolio strength, and scope of ownership.
