About the RoleWe're looking for a Product Design Engineer who combines strong product design fundamentals with a passion for rapid prototyping and AI-native product development.
You'll own end-to-end product experiences across web, mobile, and creator tools, working closely with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to design intuitive, engaging experiences powered by cutting-edge technology. From concept to launch, you'll help shape the future of AI-driven content creation through thoughtful design, rapid experimentation, and close collaboration. This is a high-impact role with significant ownership and the opportunity to influence both product direction and user experience at scale.
What You'll Do- Lead product design across web, mobile, and creator-facing tools-from discovery and concept development through polished execution and launch.
- Design intuitive AI-powered workflows, character creation experiences, and social features that make advanced technology accessible and enjoyable for millions of users.
- Craft elegant interfaces, thoughtful interactions, and scalable design systems that delight creators and drive engagement.
- Leverage AI tools, no-code platforms, and modern development workflows to build interactive prototypes, test concepts, and accelerate product decisions.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, AI Research, and Growth teams to define product strategy and bring ambitious ideas to life.
What We're Looking ForCore Qualifications- 3+ years of experience designing consumer-facing digital products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, visual design, interaction design, and systems thinking
- Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms
- Proven ability to take products from early concepts to production-ready experiences
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, iterative startup environment
AI-Native Mindset- You actively leverage AI tools to enhance creativity, productivity, and product development.
- Experience with tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, v0, Lovable, Bolt, Figma AI, or similar AI-assisted workflows is highly valued.
Nice to Have- Experience designing AI products, creative tools, creator platforms, gaming products, or social applications
- Familiarity with ecosystems such as Roblox, Fortnite Creative, Unity, Unreal Engine, or Blender
- Experience building products for creators, online communities, or digital entertainment audiences
- Front-end development experience with React, Next.js, or similar technologies
- Experience working across international markets and user communities
