Essential ResponsibilitiesPosition Responsibilities:- General engineering product setup, design and management
- Engineering BOM creation, documentation creation and updates
- Design of new components and assemblies
- Manage and plan multiple activities related to Engineering, Product Management and Operational support
- Multi-functional team member representing Product Engineering
- Testing support and overview within a Product Evaluation Lab

Position RequirementsSkills, Experience & Qualifications:- Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3-5 years' experience in Electro-Mechanical product design, preferably in connectors
- CREO Parametric 3D Modeling/Documentation experience
- ASME Y14.5 Dimensioning and Tolerancing, including GD&T
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Highly self-motivated and a willingness to make a difference and learn
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with different departments.
- Working knowledge of MS Office products such as Excel, Word etc...
Preferred- Experience in electrical connectors and the Aerospace & Defense industry.
- Experience in Electrical Cabling, Fiber Optics/Cabling or High Speed Data transfer a plus
- Knowledge in the use of high-performance thermoplastics, aluminums and copper alloys and the manufacturing requirements needed to utilize them
- Knowledge in MIL-DTL, Mil-STD and similar industry specifications and requirements.
- Experience in Design for Six Sigma (DFSS), Design for Manufacturability (dfM), Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Design of Experiments (DOE), and Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) principles.
- The ability to travel periodically (up to 10%)

Equal Pay Act RangeAnnual Salary range is from $74,300 to $110,500, plus benefits & incentive plan.
