Areas of Responsibility Professional Areas of Responsibility, Activities subset Analysis and design of product catalog, CPQ and Commerce systems, business impact and integration with systems Responsibilities:
- Facilitate workshops to validate target product catalog model and document the same
- Elicit product simplification and rationalization model requirements from business and IT stakeholders to reduce the complexity of product offer structure
- Leverage industry standards such as TMForum SID and past experience to define target product catalog model
- Provide product catalog modeling expertise to support business make decisions on product portfolio rationalization and simplification
- Facilitate architecture analysis and design workshops with business and IT stakeholders
- Collaborate with product managers, architects , business analysts and product vendors
Success (CSF) in this position is defined by the following activities/behaviors/accomplishments:
- Quality of product models and product catalog system architecture definition
- Acceptance of deliverables by customer
- Peer recognition as domain subject matter expert
Experience & Background
Minimum 10 of years of (total/specific) work experience?
10+ years in enterprise and/or solution architecture roles with the majority leading commercial and technical product catalog definition and rationalization for CSPs
Experience in prepaid or wireless operators will be preferred

- Successful product catalog, CPQ and Commerce system architecture definition for consumer and enterprise services
- Successful product model simplification of legacy product catalog
- Demonstrable experience in reducing complexity of product catalog systems in alignment with product rationalization
Skills, Knowledge, Experience, Network (Commercial, Industry, Technical, Business, Managerial).
- A minimum of 3 years experience in Product Catalog driven BSS transformation programs
- Proven functional requirement analysis techniques.
- Well developed knowledge of product catalog solutions
- Practice of agile methodologies and tools
- Demonstrated experience of delivering product catalog solutions for one or more Communications Service Provider
