This role maintains the software capabilities that support product and service catalogs, pricing, requests, orders, fulfillment, billing, and related operational workflows across the 02S technology ecosystem.

The role translates business needs into actionable requirements, drives solution options in partnership with the Product Lead and technical teams, and takes ownership of testing, documentation, data quality, and Tier 2 support with minimal day-to-day direction. The analyst will support the transition from current-state solutions, including YardHub, to the target-state OMS platform and will help ensure that the OMS remains aligned with Foundry experiences, CMiC financial processes, and other integrated systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serves as a subject matter expert for OMS workflows spanning catalogs, pricing, requests, orders, fulfillment, billing, and related equipment, materials, and service processes.
  • Partners with 02S operations, business stakeholders, Foundry, CMiC, vendors, and technical teams to identify improvements that increase efficiency, visibility, data quality, control, and user experience.
  • Translates business needs into requirements, user stories, process maps, acceptance criteria, and configuration specifications; performs fit-gap analysis and recommends solution options with the Product Lead.
  • Maintains OMS configuration and master data, and supports target-state implementation and transition activities, including process design, data validation, cutover readiness, and current-state solution replacement.
  • Plans and executes configuration changes and testing, including unit, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing; validates cross-system data exchanges and escalates integration or data-ownership issues.
  • Maintains product and support documentation and provides structured Tier 2 support, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, incident coordination, and routing of defects and enhancements into the backlog.
  • Monitors usage, exceptions, incidents, data quality, stakeholder feedback, technical debt, and integration risks to identify continuous-improvement opportunities; contributes to releases, training, vendor coordination, and OMS lifecycle health.

Success Criteria
  • OMS workflows, configurations, integrations, master data, and documentation are accurate, current, and supportable.
  • Requirements and changes are delivered with low rework, strong test results, and minimal production defects.
  • OMS implementation and transition activities are completed with clear requirements, decisions, dependencies, acceptance criteria, and readiness evidence.
  • Tier 2 OMS issues are resolved within agreed timeframes, with recurring problems addressed through durable solutions.
  • Order, fulfillment, billing, catalog, pricing, and integration data is stable, accurate, and improving based on defined quality checks and exception trends.
  • Stakeholders understand supported OMS processes and view the solutions as usable, reliable, and responsive to operational needs.
  • The Product Lead and Group Product Manager view the Analyst as a dependable partner for OMS discovery, delivery, transition, support, and continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, supply chain, operations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in product management, systems analysis, business analysis, or a related role supporting order management, fulfillment, equipment, materials, services, or operational processes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Solid knowledge of OMS-related business processes and the ability to map current-state and future-state workflows across orders, fulfillment, billing, catalogs, pricing, and integrations.
  • Proficiency in requirements elicitation, user story writing, process mapping, and designing practical configuration changes in partnership with Product and technical teams.
  • Experience with application configuration, data validation, testing, Tier 2 support, root-cause analysis, and converting incidents or feedback into clear backlog items.
