Responsibilities
Evaluate your current business goals, production, profitability, systems, and leadership capacity
Partner with leadership to create a clear growth plan for your business and future role
Continue serving clients and producing while transitioning into a stronger team growth model
Use proven systems for lead generation, follow-up, conversion, client care, and accountability
Support agent growth through coaching, standards, accountability, and sales leadership
Help increase sales volume through agent productivity, internal lead generation, and conversion systems
Participate in leadership conversations, coaching, team meetings, trainings, and skill-building sessions
Track activities, opportunities, production, and agent performance through PLACE technology
Build a more intentional calendar focused on production, leadership, growth, and profitability
Model high standards, professionalism, client care, and ownership
Lead with clarity, care, consistency, and accountability
Contribute to a growth-focused culture where agents are supported, challenged, and encouraged
Stay open to coaching, feedback, new models, and better ways to grow
Help create a better client experience through stronger systems, stronger agents, and stronger leadership
Qualifications
Active real estate license required
Proven real estate sales production experience required
Current or past experience leading agents, mentoring agents, or running a small team preferred
Strong desire to grow a more profitable and sustainable business
Open to evaluating current expenses, systems, profitability, time demands, and team structure
Growth-minded, learning-based, and willing to be coached
Strong communication and leadership skills
Comfortable having honest conversations about numbers, performance, standards, and goals
Motivated by impact, growth, leadership, and helping others succeed
Willing to follow proven systems instead of continuing to carry everything manually
Organized enough to track business activity, agent progress, and client opportunities
Emotionally steady and able to lead through pressure, change, and problem-solving
Client-focused and committed to a high level of service
Accountable to goals, standards, profitability, and production
Values honesty, ownership, servant leadership, hard work, and doing the right thing
Ready to stop guessing and start building with more clarity, support, and leverage
Compensation is based on production, leadership structure, team growth, and business model alignment.
This may include commission opportunities, production-based income, leadership compensation, and growth incentives depending on experience, role, responsibilities, and team structure.
