Responsibilities Growth Commitments- Participate in PLACE Launch for Experienced Agents to align with proven systems, models, and growth strategies
- Implement PLACE lead generation systems to drive consistent business growth
- Consult with sellers, secure listings, and execute strategic marketing plans
- Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategy, home preparation, staging, and listing presentation
- Negotiate offers on behalf of sellers and buyers
- Utilize PLACE Technology to maintain visibility, accountability, and operational efficiency
- Leverage open houses, events, and community engagement opportunities to expand market presence and generate business
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities into appointments
- Participate in weekly business development and communication training
- Participate in team activities that support collaboration, growth, and culture
- Engage in weekly coaching, leadership development, and strategic growth conversations
QualificationsYou May be a great fit if...- You have an active real estate license
- 3+ years of real estate sales experience preferred*
