What you'll be doing...

As a Senior Manager of Accessory Operations within the Mobile Growth Organization, you will serve as a strategic leader responsible for the end-to-end execution of high-impact promotional strategies and go-to-market initiatives. This role demands a high-energy professional who is obsessed with customer experience, operational excellence, and cross-functional influence. You will bridge the gap between strategy and execution, driving speed-to-market while ensuring flawless quality across the organization.

You will be responsible for the following but not limited to:

  • Strategic Execution: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of promotional campaigns, from initial concept through national launch.

  • Performance Analytics: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives, providing executive-level insights and data-driven recommendations for optimization.

  • Financial Stewardship: Oversee departmental budgets and manage internal pricing programs to maximize ROI and operational efficiency.

  • Stakeholder Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional partners to navigate complex organizational structures and ensure organizational alignment.

  • GTM Excellence: Support the process of launching a new item

  • Problem Solving: Diagnose root causes of operational challenges and implement pressure-tested, scalable solutions.

  • Process Innovation: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by reimagining legacy workflows to drive value and agility.

  • Accessory Marketing:  Align marketing strategies with business objectives across all categories; Serve as cross-functional POC for GTM, L&D, and IMC; Oversee creative assets, marketing briefs, and performance analytics

What we’re looking for…

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.

  • 6+ years of relevant work experience in operations, product management, or marketing strategy.

  • Advanced financial acumen with a proven track record in planning, forecasting, and business case development.

  • Expertise in leading high-visibility, complex projects from conceptualization to rollout.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field; or Master’s degree (MBA or related field)

  • Superior communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into compelling visual narratives for executive audiences.

  • Demonstrated ability to balance long-term strategic thinking with meticulous tactical execution.

  • Integrity and discretion in managing sensitive and confidential organizational data.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. Employees are responsible for maintaining compliance with hybrid work policies.

For part-timers, your coverage will vary as you may be eligible for some of these benefits depending on your individual circumstances.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.

The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $140,500.00 - $245,000.00.
