Position Title: Procurement Program Manager, Brand Label & 3rd Party Manufacturing

Location: Peachtree Corners, GA (Hybrid)

The Procurement Program Manager is responsible for leading procurement activities associated with Brand Label and 3rd party manufacturing growth initiatives across North America. This position drives supplier onboarding, supplier industrialization, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) projects and commercial contract execution from supplier identification through production launch. The role serves as the primary procurement interface between Engineering, Product Management, Project Management, Supplier Quality, Operations, Legal, Finance, and external manufacturing partners to ensure successful product introduction, contractual protection and long-term supply continuity.

You will make an impact with the following responsibilities:

Brand Label & 3rd Party Manufacturing PLM Projects:

• Lead procurement workstreams for Brand Label and 3rd party Manufacturing product introductions.
• Participate in PLM stage gate reviews.
• Ensure procurement deliverables are completed before design freeze and launch milestones.
• Coordinate supplier engagement during product development.
• Support Make vs Buy decisions.
• Develop sourcing strategies supporting business growth objectives.
• Drive supplier readiness and launch execution.

Supplier Qualification & Industrialization:

• Identify, evaluate and onboard new suppliers and 3rd party manufacturing partners.
• Lead supplier capability assessments and qualification activities.
• Coordinate supplier audits with Supplier Quality and Engineering.
• Support supplier industrialization and ramp-up activities.
• Drive capacity planning, tooling implementation, and production readiness.
• Mitigate supplier-related launch risks.

Commercial Contracts & Legal Coordination:

• Lead commercial negotiations with Brand Label suppliers and 3rd party manufacturing partners.
• Develop and negotiate Master Purchase Agreements (MPA), Supply Agreements, Pricing Agreements and Long-Term Agreements.
• Own commercial terms including pricing structures, payment terms, warranty provisions, inflation mechanisms, liability allocation, inventory ownership and service level agreements.
• Coordinate contract review and negotiations with Siemens Legal, Export Control, Compliance, Finance, and Risk Management teams.
• Ensure contractual protections are established prior to production launch.
• Manage contract execution timelines to support project milestones.
• Support dispute resolution and commercial issue escalation.

Program Management:

• Maintain project schedules
• Lead the Procurement work stream in cross functional meetings.
• Provide executive status updates.
• Track critical actions and project milestones.
• Escalate risks impacting launch readiness.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration or Supply Chain
• 5 plus years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain management, product management or operations.
• 15-20 % to North American Operational sites and Supplier's Facilities in mainly North America.
• Must be eligible to work in the US with no sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

• An engineering degree is not mandatory, but advantageous
• Having a Growth mindset, embrace challenges and show persistence in overcoming obstacles
• Strong problem-solving skills, extreme ownership, high level of self-motivation and personal efficiency.
• Skilled in utilizing Microsoft Copilot AI to analyze and transform Excel data, generate insights and streamline repetitive processes to improve efficiency and decision-making.
• Collaboration skills to facilitate cross-functional meetings with various departments such as Product Development, Finance and Operations to align objective, timelines and deliverables.
• Strategic Commercial negotiations, Contract negotiations, Financial and Commercial acumen, Stakeholder management and Influence

The pay range for this position is $100,603 - $172,462. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.

The pay range for this position is $100,603 - $172,462 annually with a target incentive of 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
