The
Procurement Manager (Raw Materials/Packaging Materials) will lead sourcing and procurement activities for VVF USA across direct and indirect spend categories. The role is responsible for ensuring supply continuity, cost competitiveness, supplier performance, risk mitigation and working capital optimization while partnering closely with Planning, Manufacturing and Logistics teams.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned to business objectives
- Manage sourcing of raw materials, packaging, chemicals and indirect categories
- Lead commercial negotiations, contracts and supplier relationship management
- Drive cost savings, should-cost analysis and working capital improvements
- Monitor commodity trends, supply risks and market intelligence
- Develop alternate sourcing and business continuity plans
- Collaborate with Planning, Manufacturing, Quality and Logistics teams to ensure uninterrupted supply
- Track supplier performance on cost, quality, OTIF and responsiveness
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contracts and ERP processes
- Support procurement analytics, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications & Experience- Authorized to work in the United States
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Engineering, Business or related field
- 8-15 years of procurement experience in FMCG, chemicals, oleochemicals or manufacturing industries
- Strong experience in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations and commodity procurement
- SAP and advanced Excel proficiency preferred
