You are a proactive problem solver and communicator. You identify risks, troubleshoot effectively, and escalate critical issues to leadership with actionable solutions. You can lead and inspire a team of purchasers, building an authentic, trust-based environment that fosters development, empowerment, and high performance. You challenge the status quo, seeking to continuously improve processes and procurement practices to support cost and quality within the Procurement function.
