Join the largest transportation infrastructure group in the world and help connect Canada. MissionTo ensure efficient, compliant, and timely onboarding of suppliers and accurate, standardized, and timely creation and maintenance of item master data in Colas Canada's ERP and E-Procurement systems.
Main ResponsibilitiesSupplier Relationship ManagementManages the end-to-end supplier onboarding process, acting as the main point of contact while ensuring compliance and coordination across stakeholders.
System AdministrationAdministers and maintains the Source-to-Pay platform, including configuration, user access, workflows, and system performance to ensure reliable and efficient operations.
User Support & TrainingProvides user support and delivers training, documentation, and guidance to drive adoption and effective use of Source-to-Pay systems.
Item Master Creation & MaintenanceOversees the creation and maintenance of item records across systems, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business requirements.
Reporting & AnalyticsDevelops and maintains reporting to track procurement performance, system usage, and support data-driven decision-making.
System, Data Management & Data GovernanceManages data quality and governance by monitoring system usage, validating requests, and performing audits to ensure accurate and compliant master data.
Process ImprovementIdentifies opportunities to streamline procurement processes and supports system enhancements and automation initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Compliance & Risk ManagementEnsures supplier and item data compliance with internal policies and external regulations, while identifying and escalating potential risks.
Your ProfileQualifications & Experience:- 3-5 years MDM (master data management) or procurement admin experience.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards).
- Proficiency in E-Procurement platforms considered an asset.
- Knowledge of compliance standards (e.g., ISO, ESG, HSE).
Skills & Competencies:- Strong attention to detail and data governance.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Language Skills: English required; French bilingualism considered an asset.
Additional Information on the positionSalary range: $84,000 - 100,000 CAD per year.
