Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in advanced processing of automotive assembly machinery and tooling.
• Ability to calculate cycle time using industry-standard methods.
• Familiarity with MIG and spot welding processes preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for system layout creation preferred, but not mandatory.
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in mechanical design is a plus, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Report to Processing Manager to develop advanced assembly processes for new projects.
• Create processes based on customer specifications including system layout and process flow.
• Coordinate with Sales and Estimating Team for process accuracy and related documentation.
• Use AutoCAD and Microsoft Office tools to create processes and support documents.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager.
