Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial, or chemical engineering, or equivalent education and experience combined with 3+ years in a manufacturing engineering role.
• Understanding of engineering principles for developing and implementing new production processes.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills required.
• Ability to interpret engineering documents and write reports and correspondence.
• Mathematical proficiency in concepts such as statistics, geometry, and ratios.
• Knowledge of thermal dynamics principles is preferred; printing process experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all OSHA and company safety procedures.
• Monitor and enhance existing manufacturing processes by identifying issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Develop and manage new processes and projects with proper documentation and updates for supervisors.
• Establish production standards and assess manufacturing capacities for planning purposes.
• Support and improve yield rates to meet manufacturing goals.
• Assist in creating industrialization plans for new products and processes under the 'R3' qualification process.
• Investigate and address customer complaints alongside Quality Assurance and Production teams.
