Job Summary and ResponsibilitiesSUMMARYThe Process Engineer I shall monitor, administer, and manage Incident prevention responsibilities within the Inside Plant environment for the West Region.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following; other duties may be assigned:
- Analyze and interpret comprehensive customer specifications, scope of work, and methods of procedure.
• Assess how the customer's detailed engineering specifications align with the Co-Pilot program guidelines.
• Perform daily Co-Pilot analysis for all new ISP projects nationwide.
• Assign Co-Pilot turnbacks and identify the project's risk level rating according to the Co-Pilot program guidelines.
• Competent using Microsoft BI tools for data analysis and identifying process improvements.
• Reports the Co-Pilot program analysis bi-weekly with management to ensure organizational consistency.
• Ability to offer direct and indirect technical support to field personnel and engineering teams.
• Maintains a strong understanding of quality and process standards in the telecommunications industry.
• Monitor current and emerging equipment types to identify risks relevant to incident prevention.
• Carries out additional tasks as requested by the Manager

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE- Associate's Degree (A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of field engineering and/or installation in related field
- Strong written and verbal skills with high attention to details
- MS Windows, Excel, Project, Visio, and operations of database programs
- Must be able to operate effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects

Pay Range in the United States: $66K $99K based upon geography, skills, and experience. May also be eligible for performance incentive opportunity based on company and individual goals and performance.
