We are seeking a hands-on End of Line Process Engineer to support vehicle commissioning, diagnostics, and calibration within a manufacturing environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring vehicles meet release criteria through effective validation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.

Pay: $110 - $150K DOE

Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automotive, or related)
- 3+ years of automotive manufacturing, vehicle commissioning, or EOL experience
- Hands-on experience with CAN/CAN-FD and UDS diagnostics
- Proven troubleshooting experience with ECU communication and vehicle diagnostic issues
- Experience with Vector tools (CANoe, CANalyzer)
- Vehicle calibration experience (wheel alignment, steering, brake calibration)
- Strong root cause analysis skills
Preferred:- Experience with EV systems, AUTOSAR, or manufacturing automation
- Familiarity with CAPL, Python, or diagnostic scripting tools
Responsibilities:- Execute vehicle commissioning and End-of-Line validation processes
- Perform vehicle calibrations (wheel alignment, steering angle, brake, ADAS systems)
- Diagnose and troubleshoot ECU communication and vehicle network issues
- Use CAN/CAN-FD and UDS diagnostics to support manufacturing validation
- Analyze and resolve vehicle diagnostic failures using root cause methodology
- Support ECU flashing, provisioning, and plant validation routines
- Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, software, and validation teams
- Utilize Vector tools (CANoe, CANalyzer) for diagnostics and analysis
