The RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Process Engineer to enhance and optimize critical wax manufacturing processes, including injection, pattern assembly, pattern NDT, and inspection. This role is responsible for ensuring process compliance, driving continuous improvement, enhancing process stability, and supporting product quality through data-driven controls and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will partner closely with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and suppliers to implement best practices, resolve process issues, and support operational excellence across the Wax Department.

- Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Experience in injection tooling or pattern die design.
- A minimum of 3 years of manufacturing industry experience.
- Six Sigma green belt and/or black belt
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
An ambitious individual who has a proven track record in Industrial Gas Turbine (IGT) castings experience in a Turbine Aerofoils industry. Ideally you will have a working knowledge of materials science, mechanical, or industrial engineering along with specific investment casting experience.
