As a Process Data Excellence Lead, you'll play a critical role in shaping how our value chain operates-connecting people, processes, systems, and data to unlock efficiency and long-term impact. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, where your ability to influence, simplify, and standardize will help transform how work gets done across the organization.

You'll lead high-impact initiatives that improve end-to-end business processes, partnering closely with cross-functional teams and IT to design sustainable solutions. From identifying high-value opportunities to building project plans, dashboards, and communication strategies, you'll ensure progress is visible and results are measurable. Your work will directly support innovation while maintaining the discipline needed for scalable, standardized processes.

In this role, you'll guide teams through change-supporting technical implementations, developing training and documentation, and ensuring adoption across the business. You'll balance strategic planning with hands-on leadership, mentoring others and modeling intrapreneurship and ownership. What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree plus 6 years of supply chain, sourcing, customer service, finance, compliance, legal, operations or IT experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 10 years of supply chain, sourcing, customer service, finance, compliance, legal, operations or IT experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
  • Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
