Process Control Engineer and help drive the performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will lead electrical, electronic, process control, and connectivity initiatives across the production floor, ensuring equipment is maintained, upgraded, and optimized to meet quality, safety, and operational standards. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will identify opportunities for improvement, implement innovative solutions, and support the efficient operation of critical manufacturing systems. Key Responsibilities:- Optimize process controls by establishing effective adjustment and calibration procedures.
- Identify and recommend electrical and network hardware, firmware, and software that meet process control requirements.
- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve technical questions regarding installations and control devices.
- Analyze frequent electrical breakdowns, waste, and product inconsistencies, and propose corrective actions to improve productivity and quality.
- Coordinate electrical, electronic, and process control-related installations and modifications of production equipment.
- Maintain and update electrical technical documentation to reflect modifications or improvements.
- Support qualification and validation activities, including Computer System Validation following changes or upgrades.
- Contribute to vulnerability management by determining the applicability of security patches, applying patches, or coordinating vendor support when needed.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Train and assist users on operational technology (OT) systems.
- Provide ongoing technical support to production teams to ensure optimal operation of process control systems.
What We're Looking For:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, or Mechatronics preferred).
- 3 years of experience in manufacturing facilities or a related environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with Allen Bradley, Rockwell, and/or Seimens hardware
Annual Base Salary: $96,800 - $121,000Medical, dental, and vision insurance
