Our expanding law firm is looking for an experienced probate and estate administration attorney. We require a highly analytical applicant with excellent negotiation and organizational abilities who is available to work full-time. You will guide clients through the probate process, administer estates and trusts, and handle matters such as asset collection, creditor claims, and final distributions as our probate and estate administration attorney. This role carries a great deal of responsibility and seeks to guide personal representatives and trustees smoothly through every stage of estate and trust administration.
