Citizens Wealth Management is seeking an Investment Specialist to join a high-performing and well-established team in Boston, MA. This role is responsible for financial analysis, developing comprehensive financial plans, executing trades, and supporting performance reporting.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and bring prior experience in Wealth Management, along with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality client support.

The Investment Specialist plays a key role in supporting and strengthening client relationships by delivering exceptional service, understanding client goals, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Working closely with Wealth Managers and senior team members, the Investment Specialist contributes to the delivery of customized financial solutions and supports the overall growth and success of the firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare performance reports, presentations, and supporting materials for client meetings.
  • Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation in accordance with compliance standards.
  • Foster strong client relationships through proactive communication and responsive support.
  • Understand client objectives and collaborate with Wealth Managers to develop tailored financial and investment strategies.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the team as needed.
  • Assists in developing and implementing customized investment strategies aligned with clients' financial objectives and risk tolerance.
  • Manage, trade and monitor client portfolios, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with market conditions.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and financial analysis to support investment recommendations.
  • Stay current with industry trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes.
  • Maintain strict adherence to ethical standards and compliance regulations in all investment activities.
  • Provide clients with regular performance reports and proactively address inquiries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the financial services industry.
  • Active FINRA licenses: SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 (or Series 63 and 65).
  • CFP preferred or another designation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Hours & Work Schedule
  • Hours per Week: 40

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $140,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn additional incentive earnings. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience.
