Overview

We are seeking a mid-level associate with 4 to 6 years of law firm experience to join our Fund Formation practice in one of the offices listed above. Familiarity with venture capital and growth equity funds, emerging manager platform dynamics, SEC and state regulatory frameworks for private fund advisers, and co-investment and secondary fund structures will distinguish top candidates. Strong interpersonal skills and client relationship-building ability are essential.

Qualifications

Candidates must possess a J.D. from an accredited law school, 4 to 6 years of law firm experience in private fund formation and investment management, and active bar membership (or eligibility for prompt admission) in the state of practice.
