Job Summary
The Private Client Office Banker is responsible for managing the experience for clients and prospects through all delivery channels within a Private Client Office. This role will provide white-glove service during each interaction, including, but not limited to service requests, inquiries, appointments and transactions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide customized and elite service levels to clients and prospects in person, via e-mail and over the phone. Perform all teller transaction and service requests from clients, including any PCG clients who visit the office.
  • Possess a deep understanding of Flagstar Private Bank's consumer and business product offerings, as well as broader capabilities across all LOBs at Flagstar Bank. Ability to comprehend individual financial situations and introduce appropriate bankers and subject matter experts as needed, with the intention of deepening relationships. Anticipate opportunities and challenges pro-actively in all situations.
  • Analyze and resolve issues for clients, leveraging internal subject matter experts when appropriate, and escalating any sensitive matters as needed.
  • Culture carrier; in every internal and external relationship, work to collaborate on, deliver and follow-up on customized solutions.


ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Use independent judgement, experience and discretion to make decisions.
  • Perform special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required.
  • Adhere to regulatory and compliance policies and standards linked to the job as listed and complete required compliance training. Accountable to maintain compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
  • Front line private banker who handles routine banking transaction and customer interactions. Main responsibilities include: cash handing: depositing and withdrawing cash, cashing checks and handlings other customer requests.
  • Acts as the point of contact for the Private Bank office and facilities. Ensures that security and compliance through following protocols to detect fraudulent transactions and maintain bank's security.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

Required Qualifications:
  • Education level required: Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent).
  • Minimum experience required : 5+ Years experience working with affluent clients, preferred in Private Banking.

  • Ability to analyze and provide financial service solutions to individual and business private banking clients.
  • Provide elite service level, complete with follow-up after initial interactions.
