Our team is expanding and we are hiring for a Process Engineer. This role will drive performance, quality, and efficiency across Accredo's high-speed flexographic printing operations. Focus on optimizing W&H press systems, improving print quality, reducing waste, and ensuring consistent, repeatable production. Work cross-functionally with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and OEM partners to troubleshoot issues and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain standardized process parameters (tension, pressure, viscosity, temperature, impression, speed).
Reduce defects, downtime, and waste through structured root-cause analysis.
Lead Lean/Six Sigma/DOE-based improvement projects to increase throughput and reliability.
Run press trials for new inks, substrates, coatings, plates, and process changes; document and implement improvements.
Partner with Maintenance to troubleshoot issues and strengthen preventive/predictive maintenance.
Train operators on SOPs, setup methods, color standards, and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with OEMs (including W&H) on calibrations, upgrades, and FAT/SAT activities.
Support quality initiatives: color management, defect reduction, SPC, and capability improvements.
Maintain accurate documentation: process standards, trial reports, work instructions, and equipment settings.
Optimize W&H press performance: setup efficiency, run speeds, registration, drying/curing, and print quality
