## Role Scope - Own the paint line and surface treatment: pretreatment, coating application, and cure at production rate.- Engineer the process: chemistry, film builds, and transfer efficiency dialed against spec and cost.- Commission the line and qualify coatings with suppliers to the performance standard the product needs.- Hold quality and environmental compliance together: appearance, adhesion, salt spray, and permits. ## What We're Looking For The below is a starting point.
