Overview:
Join Xerox as a Manufacturing Test Engineer supporting our Printhead Manufacturing team, where you will play a key role in ensuring product quality and performance for advanced industrial inkjet technologies. In this role, you will lead calibration, testing, and process optimization efforts across multiple product lines. You will collaborate closely with engineering and operations teams to deliver high-quality products that meet performance, cost, and delivery targets.
What You Will Do:
• Perform and oversee calibration, testing, and validation of printhead products
• Support manufacturing operations by providing technical direction to technicians
• Analyze yield and parametric data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Maintain and improve test equipment, processes, and operating procedures
• Plan and execute engineering tests to support product and process development
What You Need to Succeed:
• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in process or test engineering
• Experience analyzing complex data sets and using statistical tools
• Knowledge of manufacturing quality methods such as SPC, process capability, and measurement systems
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
