The Principal, Technology Operations leads the strategic planning and execution of large-scale technology programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational excellence. This role oversees financial management, resource allocation, and risk mitigation while driving process improvements and stakeholder collaboration. By leveraging deep expertise in technology strategy and program management, the position delivers measurable value across multiple business units. The Principal fosters effective communication, guides teams through complex challenges, and champions continuous improvement to support Walmart's commitment to innovation and operational success.

About the team:
The Technology Operations team ensures operational excellence by managing Jira administration, vendor relationships, and governance processes. It aligns engineering and product functions to enhance productivity and strategic execution. The team collaborates across departments to uphold organizational standards, monitor progress, and support business priorities. Focused on program management, financial oversight, and process improvement, members drive efficient delivery of technology initiatives. Strong coordination, communication, and analytical skills are essential to facilitate continuous improvement and effective stakeholder engagement within a dynamic environment.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
