Full Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION: Drive the technical direction, strategic planning, and execution across the Technology organization. Shape the technical vision and ensure cohesive system architecture and solution design. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including Product Management, Product Engineering, and technical teams, to define scalable, maintainable, and effective solutions. Lead efforts to address technical debt, balance trade-offs, and provide visibility into milestones, ultimately advancing the commercialization of a safe and valuable product. Define development strategy. Drive the technical direction and vision within the Technology organization, maturing the technical roadmap to align with product objectives and business goals. Work with Product Management to understand product needs. Define the development strategy towards commercialization in cooperation with the business leader and engineering teams. Steer development team execution. Establish clear, measurable objectives for engineering teams and ensure successful execution of the roadmap. Collaborate with technical project manager, business leaders and engineering teams to identify risks to the roadmap and define mitigation measures. Improve processes and engineering practices within organization. Work with engineering leaders to drive standards of excellence into meaningful ways of working and best-practices of engineering. Responsible for Team Development. Mentor TPMs and engineers in problem-solving and technical decision-making.

Must have experience with each of the following: ADAS or autonomy stack software development (perception, prediction or planning); ADAS or autonomy system architecture; Camera, Radar or Lidar sensors; Automotive safety-critical systems; Releasing product for mass production; and Project or program management.
